    The application works perfect without NDK integration.

    Excellent guide! But I received an error when trying to run the application:
    "make: * There is no rule to target '/native.c', necessary for …"
    I had to use the Android Studio menu option: "link C ++ project with gradle", it shows a file selector where I had to select the Android.mk file, and then the AS added the following lines to the build.gradle file :

    sourceSets { main { jni.srcDirs = ['src/main/jni', 'src/main/jni/'] } }
    externalNativeBuild {
    ndkBuild {
    path 'src/main/jni/Android.mk'
    }
    }

    Did you forget to include it in the video?

    Couple things my dude,

    1) That background noise is overbearing, you really should fix that
    2) This video is ridiculously long to be doing something that small, showing you don't have a mastery on the subject. It seems like you were spending more time figuring it out yourself then actually teaching it
    3) At no point did you actually explain what any of what you were doing was for. Sure you showed partly how to do it, but that's not very helpful to the people coming here trying to comprehend what is happening.

    hey bro just one suggestion. for Android studio 2.3.3, we also need to link the gradle with native library before calling any function in main activity from c/CPP file. otherwise those functions remain unlinked with their corresponding defnts in native files, throwing an error.

    any way good video instructions. thank you

    Learn how to make effective videos. This is straight garbage. The vocal recording is bad and your are SLOW and you didnt explain ANY of the syntax when typing the initial C code. LEARN FIRST, Then DO.

    Thanks a galaxy! I got absolutely frightened when I first noticed I need to learn native coding for my project (I had performance issues). However this video made it easy to get on the track. Honestly, I found the video even better than google's documentation page, at least for beginning. Now my C++ function runs in 2 seconds whereas the Java implementation used to take like 60+ seconds.
