Read full comparison: Mobile Payments are undoubtedly the future, but which is the best? Here’s everything you need to know about …

  1. I like all forms of payment. But my favorite for in person payment is cash. Then again for places that have my name and address like my work I'll use electronic payment. But for privacy I like my cash for as long as it will exist. Also I have seen Android Pay logos as recently as twoish years ago next to Apple Pay logos in a few places here in Canada so it might be supported in some places in Canada.

  2. I like when dummies cashiers be like oh sorry we don't take phone payments and then I hit them with the Samsung payment touch they be like Woow what kind of phone you have 😎👊

Samsung Pay just works and you get cash back not to mention your real credit/debit card are securely hidden to avoid scams

Google Pay is the worst. It isn't secure, they refuse to assist you with fraudulent charges and the customer service line is a joke.

  7. I have Samsung Pay and Google Pay on my phone. Can I set them both up to use in case a certain place only accepts one or the other? In other words, would there be an advantage to having and setting up both Samsung Pay and Android Pay or should I just stick to one?

  8. It's really this simple. Samsung pay works everywhere Apple play does. However, Apple Pay does not work everywhere Samsung pay does.

  9. Damn! China has been doing that since the stone age. We are falling too far behind.

Samsung pay works almost anywhere I have no clue why Apple didn't support mst transactions

  11. Apple pay all the way, ever since this was introduced I hardly ever need to carry any cash with me 👌🏼

  12. ANTHONY Blake Reply

This should tell you right here android is never going to catch up to Apple in the cell phone department.

  13. Mikayla Eckel Cifrese Reply

Samsung pay also gives you rewards point for using it and you redeem them for gift cards or prepaid cards.

Samsung pay works perfectly in India.
I'm very happy with this service

  15. While I agree the magnetic payment thing in Samsung pay is definitely a positive, I am yet to come across a store that does not accept contactless payments (I'm in Australia).

  16. i keep listening to him saying 'the way we pay for things is chaangiiing
Seriously go back to the start and listen

  17. Samsung you input most card details by urself like your name and address. I dont know how but android has all that shit when it scans your card.

  18. If you use this then your as much a slave to bankers who can control you even more. Cash is crap, but they are still restricted. This gives them unlimited power as there can never be a run on any bank.

  19. Failed to mention the security protocols that Apple Pay has.
    1. The Secure Element – a chip embedded in the processor that stores credit card information directly on the device, and not in any cloud/server.
    2. The one time use token. Each time you use Apple Pay, a random credit card number is generated in the event that your transaction got intercepted there is no way to steal your information because the thieves get a fake account number.
That is why Apple Pay does not work with magnetic strips like Samsung Pay does, which is unsafe.
Not a fanboy here but there's a reason why more banks support Apple Pay and why Apple doesn't enable MST.

  20. Samsung Pay is now available in the Uk! For more information visit this article:

  21. Android pay needs to adopt whatever Samsung is doing… It never failed me.

Amazing how much things change in a year and a half since this was posted. I almost exclusively use mobile payments and haven't used a card at an ATM in the US in months – Bank of America ATMs all accept mobile

  23. oshawott98 3rd [third alt account] Reply

I do prefer Apple Pay because it also available on new Macbook Pro touch bar model and its more secure. Android Pay is ok but samsung pay are even worse, because only available on samsung device…..boooo!!

  24. In the uk no body swipes there card and they haven’t since 2004 90% of card readers are contactless

  25. Jorge Polendo Reply

Just a quick update! I use Samsung Pay at my Bank of America ATM's! I never have to have my card anymore. Just tap it on the NFC reader (Most banks, not all, now have NFC readers) and withdraw/deposit or whatever else just the same as if you had your card.

Here is one thing I would like to mention is that the Apple Pay accepts multi-country bank cards on one device. However, rather than the supporters of Android Pay and Samsung Pay are less than Apple Pay, the multi-country supporting is also another advantage of Apple Pay, and I am very exciting to say it out. I know that is not every body has the multi-country banking problem, but for some sort of people it really make the difference. I use Barclays Bank and Bank of China at the same time in the U.K. and China. It definitely works in China and the U.K. BTW, it can be used for word traveler. Even you just have one-country-bank. Because the device for Apple Pay is same everywhere. I also did try once in Finland by using Barclays Bank Card.
